It took me a while to get some interesting things going on with my server and learning new things everyday. One thing I have been doing is using git bash rather than using putty or puttygen to create keys for different purposes. One thing is that git comes with git bash, openssh for creating self sign certificates and other great things that you can do.
One thing I like to do is use git bash to create your own ssh key and copy the public key to the server while you can use the private key to connect to the server, and I’m sure that every one knows how to do that so I wouldn’t give you steps on how to, but the main thing is I am currently using this way to create one pair key and use the private key on all my computers instead of creating individual keys for each computer, but I found that using one key pair is a lot more easier to deal with.
The other thing I would like to do is create a git repository using Virtualmin and set it up as a bare init so i can create my own repo within the server itself and able to push changes to the theme I am working on. This is something I wanted to do for years and now I found a way to do it and it totally saved a lot of time and I don’t have to use ftp to upload files anymore.
